EuroPC primarily offers a wide range of refurbished brand name laptops, desktops, workstations, servers and monitors. Refurbished computers offer the same reliability and performance as new products, but for a significant lower price than the equivalent new product. We believe that refurbished computers play an important role in reducing the environmental impact while saving you money!

EuroPC Gradings

Condition Definitions:


 Brand New

Completely new, unopened and unused products with full manufacture warranty and support.

 Manufacturer Open-Box

Manufacturer opened box are unused products that were either cancelled or unused returns. These products do not have any cosmetic damage and still include the full manufacture warranty and support. Essentially, they are just like brand new products but priced at a discounted rate from the original price.

 Manufacturer Refurbished

Manufacturer Refurbished/Renewed (Certified Refurbished) are products that have been previously returned to a manufacturer for various reasons, for example, from channel returns, cancelled orders, end of life excess or they may have been defective and subsequently returned and repaired. They are put through a rigorous testing and refurbishment process to bring them back to "same as new" in terms of functional quality and performance. Manufacturer Refurbished products are not to be confused with "used" or "second-hand" products. Some products will be cosmetically indistinguishable from brand new, while others may have light scratches or other minor blemishes due to handling. Manufacturer Refurbished products all come with a limited warranty and support directly with the manufacturer - just like when buying brand new.

 EuroPC Refurbished

EuroPC/Factory refurbished products, like Manufacturer Refurbished, are products that have been previously returned to a manufacturer or third-party vendor for various reasons, for example, from cancelled orders, unsold in the market or again they may have been defective and subsequently returned and repaired. They too are put through a rigorous testing and refurbishment process to bring them back to "same as new" in terms of functional quality and performance. EuroPC/Factory Refurbished products may contain used or repaired parts. Some products will be cosmetically pristine, while others may have light scratches or other minor blemishes with signs of wear due to handling. Some products are redecorated (repainted). EuroPC/Factory refurbished products all come with a limited EuroPC hardware warranty and support.

 Second User Refurbished

Second User Refurbished products are acquired from a third-party vendor. These are products that have been previously owned and used. They may have been defective and subsequently returned and repaired by the vendor. They too are put through a rigorous testing and refurbishment process to bring them back to a functional quality and performance. These products likely possess some cosmetic blemishes, light marks or even signs of wear due to previous use and handling. Second User Refurbished products all come with a limited EuroPC hardware warranty and support.

Grade Definitions:

Whilst most of our products are certified refurbished and in excellent condition, we do stock products that may have some signs of wear or cosmetic defects. For this reason, every product is given a grade description. This provides a more accurate description regarding the condition of the product - for example, light cosmetic blemishes, dented, scratched. Products with these sorts of defects are priced even lower than those in perfect condition. This allows customers to make even greater savings if they do not require pristine computers. We always endeavour to be as accurate as possible with our descriptions.   • HP [1,2,3,4] Year/s Return to Base Warranty
    This warranty gives you hardware warranty support directly by HP. This covers defects in materials and workmanship in your HP-branded hardware product for the term specified. HP technical support will assist you to troubleshoot over the phone during business hours. If they conclude that there is a hardware fault, they will assist you with either a self-repair or a pickup and repair warranty procedure. Either a replaceable part/s can be sent directly to you, or HP will pick up the defective unit from your location, repair it, and return it back to your location to fix the issue. HP Renew products are backed by the original HP base warranty. In other words, there is no difference between the base warranty offered for a new HP product and the equivalent HP Renew product.
  • HP [1,2,3,4] Year/s Next Business Day On-Site Warranty
    This warranty gives you hardware warranty support directly by HP. This covers defects in materials and workmanship in your HP-branded hardware product for the term specified. HP technical support will assist you to troubleshoot over the phone or online during business hours. If they conclude that there is a hardware fault, and unable to solve your issue remotely, they will send an expert technician to your location the very next business day (9 hours, 5 days a week), to resolve your computer issues.

Cisco.com UK & Ireland  Cisco Warranty

  • Cisco [90] days / [1,2,3,4,5] Year/s Limited Hardware Warranty
    This warranty gives you hardware warranty support directly by Cisco. This covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use of your Cisco-branded hardware product for the term specified. Cisco support will assist you to troubleshoot over the phone during business hours, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week. If they conclude that there is a hardware fault, they will grant you with a return materials authorisation (RMA) number for you to ship your unit to your local service centre. Cisco will then replace or repair necessary parts to fix the issue and ship it back to you within up to ten business days.
  • Cisco Limited Lifetime Hardware Warranty
    This warranty gives you hardware warranty support directly by Cisco. This covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use of your Cisco-branded hardware product for life, until discontinuance of product manufacture. Cisco hardware warranty support will be discontinued on the Last Date of Support (LDoS) published in the product End of Life Announcement. EuroPC customer support and/or technicians will assist you to troubleshoot over the phone or online during business hours, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week. If they conclude that there is a hardware fault, they will assist you with a collect and return warranty procedure and have your unit shipped to EuroPC returns department, replace or repair necessary parts to fix the issue and ship it back to you. If faulty hardware cannot be fixed under normal circumstances, a refund or replacement of closest match could be offered as resolution.
