We also ship globally, ensuring products are securely packaged and clearly labeled for the destination country. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to local taxes and duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

UK Delivery
EuroPC offers a next-day, tracked delivery service for orders placed before 3 PM (GMT), excluding Sundays and public holidays. *Please note that any modifications to your order specifications may delay dispatch while our technicians complete the necessary adjustments.

EU Delivery
At EuroPC, we’re streamlining the buying experience for our European business customers with DAP (Delivered at Place) Incoterms. This approach gives you greater flexibility and control over customs clearance while allowing you to postpone (via reverse charge) or reclaim import VAT.
For EU consumers who are not VAT registered, UK VAT will not be charged. However, local import VAT and any applicable import duties may need to be paid at the local border controls.

Returns
EuroPC offers a 30-day, no quibble, money-back guarantee! If you change your mind, or are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team on Tel: +44 (0) 345-218-0500 or send us an email to [email protected] and we'll help out with your return. All we ask is that you pay the return postage using a fully insured courier which covers for any unforeseeable loss or damage. EuroPC will not be held liable otherwise. Please note that all returns must be unmodified and in their original condition.
All orders should be checked on delivery and any damage reported directly to EuroPC within 1 working days, as EuroPC cannot accept any damage claims submitted after this time.
Before returning any item, you must call our customer service department on Tel: +44 (0) 345-218-0500 within the returns period, valid from the date of receipt, for a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number and form. RMAs are valid for five days from date of issue. The completed RMA form must be included within the packaging and the RMA number must appear on your return packing label. Please do not write on the outside of the box. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA. Any faults or damage that is not documented on the EuroPC RMA form that may have occurred due to goods in transit will not be covered by EuroPC. In this case, an investigation will be raised with the delivery service.
We reserve the right to charge for any re-delivery or return to EuroPC of orders that have not been successful due to incorrect contact information/address being supplied by the customer.
