With over 60,000 trade, corporate, educational and government accounts, and a forecast turnover of $60million, our success is based on the low price of the brand name stock we sell, along with the excellent, ongoing customer service and support from our dedicated and experienced staff. We buy in bulk and sell direct to pass our savings on to you, the customer.

These discounts allow you to replace, expand or upgrade your IT equipment more often, letting you take advantage of the rapid advancements in computer technology, keeping you up to date and ahead of everyone else.

Refurbished covers any equipment that has been technically sold before. This may include units that were never delivered and never opened, to units delivered to customers' and immediately returned. Refurbished stock may include items with minor cosmetic damage, which in no way affects the performance.

If the customer has returned the unit, it will be thoroughly checked and re-boxed at the factory. Second user units have been sold and used by a third party for a period exceeding six months. These units are also thoroughly checked and re-boxed at the factory. The condition of these units will vary slightly from 'as new' to small cosmetic blemishes. All refurbished systems sold by EuroPC are better value than a new alternative without any compromise on quality. All EuroPC products are the same systems sold by the worlds' leading PC manufacturers. The only difference being, that our "next to new," machines have been prepared and checked twice.

Every refurbished machine that leaves the EuroPC factory has been rebuilt and repackaged to the standard expected from a brand new, brand name machine. The low cost of our products is a result of the volume we buy and the money we save by selling directly to customers over the phone and on the Internet.

We supply fast affordable and ready-to-use systems, with an extensive choice of cutting edge PC technologies and after-sales cover to suit everybody. Yes. We offer on-site warranties with most of our products. These typically range from 1 to 3 years and some can be upgraded.

UK mainland standard delivery is up to 5 working days (Monday to Friday). If you have a more immediate requirement, we also offer enhanced services including 1–2 day delivery or Saturday delivery (subject to geographic location). We offer various delivery services throughout the UK and Europe. These are securely tracked and traced to your destination using renowned couriers such as DPD, FedEx, UPS, and DHL. To ensure a smooth transaction for our European and international customers, all orders are shipped under DAP (Delivered at Place) Incoterms, providing greater flexibility and simplifying the customs process for you.

We ask you to provide your telephone number because it is required by the couriers we use to deliver your order. They may need to call or text you (if a mobile number is provided) to arrange delivery or notify you of any updates. We may also use your phone number to contact you about your order in accordance with GDPR.

Unwanted Items:

  • The cost of returning unwanted items is covered by the customer
  • Items must be returned unopened, unused and in the same condition in which they were received
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt
  • A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply

Faulty or Damaged Items:

  • EuroPC covers the cost of return for items that are found to be faulty or damaged
  • Any faults or damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt
  • Items found not to be faulty or damaged may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%

All goods (excluding software) returned within the warranty period with a valid receipt are eligible for repair or replacement. Items that have been modified by the user or had the EuroPC serial label removed are not covered. EuroPC warranties and technical support do not apply to products, software, or components that were not supplied directly by EuroPC. Where damage or faults occur as a result of third-party components or software, EuroPC reserves the right to charge for any labour, parts, and delivery.

We accept a range of convenient payment methods including all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, PayPal Finance and bank transfer. For more detailed information, refer to the Payment Options tab available on each product page.

Credit / Debit Card:

  • All major credit and debit cards are accepted. Please ensure the billing address matches the address held by your card provider to avoid payment failure.

PayPal:

  • Secure checkout via PayPal is available. You may either use an existing PayPal account or checkout with a credit/debit card without creating one.

Bank Transfer:

  • Bank transfer payment is also available. Bank details are provided at the checkout stage, or you can request them by contacting our Customer Service Team on +44 (0) 345-218-0500.

VAT and Import Duty are calculated based on your location and VAT registration status:

  • UK-based customers: Domestic UK VAT will be charged at the standard rate.
  • EU businesses (with valid VAT number): No UK VAT is charged when shipping to your registered address. Import VAT can be postponed under the reverse charge rule (local import duties may still apply).
  • EU consumers (non VAT-registered): UK VAT is not charged; however, you will be responsible for paying any local Import VAT and applicable duties at the border.
  • Rest of world customers: No UK VAT is charged. Local customs fees, import VAT and duties may apply and must be paid directly by the recipient.

Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive

Waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) and waste batteries must be recycled and should not be placed in any of your household wheelie bins. Please make sure you always recycle all your old electrical and electronic equipment.

EuroPC can take back your waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) on a one-for-one, like-for-like basis, free of charge.

Each local authority must also accept household WEEE and small waste batteries and these can be returned to your local civic amenity site free of charge.
