This Dell PowerEdge T550 is supplied with 32GB DDR4 ECC RDIMM memory. With support for up to 16 DDR4 RDIMM slots, the platform provides substantial scope for memory expansion, making it well suited to virtual machines, databases, application servers and other memory-intensive workloads. ECC technology also helps maintain system reliability and data integrity in business-critical environments.
The 8 x 3.5" SAS/SATA hot-swap chassis provides flexible enterprise storage expansion, while the installed 480GB SATA SSD offers fast and reliable solid-state storage for operating systems, applications and general server workloads. Additional compatible SAS or SATA hard drives and SSDs can be installed to increase storage capacity as requirements grow.
