Dell PowerEdge R360 Rack Server – Configure Your Own 1U Enterprise Server. The Dell PowerEdge R360 is a compact and configurable 16th Generation single-socket 1U rack server designed for small and medium businesses, branch offices, edge environments and general-purpose enterprise IT. Available from EuroPC as a Configure Your Own barebone server, this R360 chassis features 8 × 2.5-inch Hot-Swap SAS/SATA drive bays, providing flexible enterprise storage within a space-efficient rack platform.
The PowerEdge R360 supports one Intel Xeon E-2400 or Xeon 6300 Series processor using the LGA1700 platform, with processor options available to suit workloads including file services, application hosting, databases, business infrastructure, virtualisation and edge computing.
This configuration provides 8 × 2.5-inch Hot-Swap SAS/SATA drive bays for compatible enterprise HDD and SSD storage. Compatible Dell PERC RAID controllers and HBA solutions can be selected according to the required performance, capacity and redundancy level, allowing the storage configuration to be tailored to the intended workload.
With 4 DDR5 UDIMM slots and support for up to 128GB DDR5 ECC memory, the R360 provides an efficient memory platform for business and infrastructure workloads. Memory speeds of up to 4400 MT/s are supported depending on processor and memory configuration.
The R360 includes 2 × 1GbE onboard network ports and supports additional Low Profile PCIe expansion when configured with the appropriate optional riser. This barebone chassis does not include a PCIe riser, allowing compatible expansion hardware to be selected separately where required.
The PowerEdge R360 platform also supports an optional Dell BOSS-N1 boot solution for dedicated M.2 operating system storage. BOSS-N1 and its M.2 drives are not included with this chassis unless specifically selected.
Advanced server administration is provided through Dell iDRAC9 and OpenManage, enabling remote monitoring, diagnostics, firmware management and lifecycle administration. The platform also supports redundant Hot-Plug power supplies, Hot-Swap storage and enterprise-class cooling for reliable continuous operation.
