The Dell PERC H965i Front RAID Controller (DPN 0D0VXG) is a next-generation enterprise storage controller designed to deliver high-performance hardware RAID acceleration for modern Dell PowerEdge infrastructure. Built on the Broadcom SAS4116W RAID-on-Chip architecture, it provides robust support for SAS, SATA, and NVMe storage devices through Dell’s PERC 12 platform. With a powerful 8GB DDR4 non-volatile cache and integrated flash-backed protection, it ensures high-speed write performance, data integrity, and resilience in demanding enterprise workloads.

Engineered for flexibility and scalability, the H965i Front supports advanced RAID levels including 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50, and 60, alongside JBOD configurations for pass-through storage deployments. It supports up to 24G SAS devices, along with compatibility for 12G SAS, 6G SATA, and NVMe drives where system architecture permits.
