We reserve the right to charge for any re-delivery or return to EuroPC of orders that have not been successful due to incorrect contact information/address being supplied by the customer.

If you change your mind, or are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team on +44 (0) 871 900 6000 or send us an email to [email protected] and we’ll sort out your return. All we ask is that you pay the return postage. All returns should be unopened, unused and in their original condition.
All orders should be checked on delivery and any damage reported directly to EuroPC within 2 working days, as EuroPC cannot accept any damage claims submitted after this time.
Before returning any item, you must call our customer service department on +44 (0) 871 900 6000 within the returns period, valid from the date of receipt, for a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number and form. RMAs are valid for five days from date of issue. The completed RMA form must be included within the packaging and the RMA number must appear on your return packing label. Please do not write on the outside of the box. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA. Any faults or damage that is not documented on the EuroPC RMA form that may have occurred due to goods in transit will not be covered by EuroPC. In this case, an investigation will be raised with the delivery service.
