Money Back Guarantee

Money Back Guarantees are limited to specific products and must be documented on the invoice item to be valid. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may receive a prompt replacement or refund subject to the Return Material Authorisation procedures documented below. Shipping and insurance charges are not refunded. In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be returned with carriage pre-paid. All items must be in "as new" condition, in original packaging and with all manuals, accessories and include the original invoice. Any discrepancies will result in forfeiture of your refund. Except where failure comes under the Sale of Goods Act 1979, a 15% restocking fee and carriage costs will not be refunded against returned items. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Returns Policy

Unless otherwise documented on the invoice and in addition to your statutory rights, Europc will cover second-user items with a seven day and refurbished items with a twelve month repair or replace warranty. All warranties are valid from date of invoice. All goods, other than software, returned within the products warranty period from date of invoice, with original receipt, are eligible for repair or replacement. Batteries are considered to be a consumable item and are warrantied for six months from the date of invoice only. All Software & consumable items purchased are non-returnable. Europc Limited may where appropriate replace or repair any faulty products or components with either new or refurbished products dependent on requirements. Europc Limited will not accept the return or exchange of any item if the Serial Label has been removed or broken. All Europc warranties and technical support will not cover any product, software or components that have not been directly purchased from Europc Limited. Any damage, fault or virus defecting the original Europc product occurring due to user modification, including component and software implementation not supplied by Europc will not be covered by any Europc warranty and Europc reserves the right to charge for any labour, parts and delivery charges incurred. Europc telephone support will only cover goods supplied by Europc and will not cover any enquiries relating to additional components or software purchased elsewhere. Consumers have the right of cancellation within seven working days of receipt of goods. The goods must be intact, in their original packaging, unused and available for collection during normal working hours. EuroPC reserve the right to deduct a £15+VAT per box collection charge from mainland UK, for other areas please contact Customer Services on 0844 472 0503 for rates. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Return Material Authorisation Procedure

Before returning any item you must call our Customer Service Department on 0844 472 0503 within the warranty period of the goods purchased, valid from the date of invoice, for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. RMAs are valid for five days from date of issuance. A note of the RMA number must be included on a piece of paper within the packaging. Please do not write on the outside of the box. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA. Any faults or damage not reported to Europc prior to return that may have occurred due goods in transit will not be covered by the Europc Warranty documented above. The condition of the packaging for the return is the responsibility of the customer, EuroPC reserve the right to refuse any return due to inadequate packaging. Any damage sustained during a return as a result of inadequate packaging will result in the warranty for goods being declared null & void.  Many items sold by EuroPC are covered by a manufacturer's warranty, in the event that there is a gap between the end of the manufacturers warranty and that stated on the invoice EuroPC will cover said gap, this may be on a collect & return basis dependent on requirements.  Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Low Price Guarantee

If you find a lower price on an identical product within fourteen days of your invoice date from another computer reseller call our Sales Department on 0844 472 0500 and we'll promptly refund the difference after verification. Your identical product must be in stock and readily available from another reseller at a lower published price. For this purpose, compare the delivered price of your order with the other reseller's delivered price, including any credit card surcharges and carriage charges. The Low Price Guarantee does not apply to competitor's one-of-a-kind or other limited-quantity offers, special financing, installation, manufacturer's rebate, or when a bonus or free offer is included in the purchase. Some restrictions apply.

Ordering Information & Methods of Payment

Credit Card Orders:- Europc accept Visa, Switch, Mastercard and Delta, all of which may be subject to a maximum 3% surcharge. COD & Transax Orders:- Qualified U.K. customers may pay for Cheque On Delivery (COD) with a personal or business cheque that has been cleared by the TRANSAX Cheque Guarantee System. All cheques must be faxed to Europc with a copy of the purchase order or sales order confirmation prior to dispatch to ensure cheque clearance by the TRANSAX system. Cheques may be subject to a maximum (2%) Transax surcharge dependant on order value. Any cancelled or returned cheques issued to Europc will be subject to a (10)% administration fee chargeable to the customer.

General Terms and Conditions

Prices, specifications and availability of products are subject to change at short notice. Due to the volatile nature of the computer market, descriptions may not reflect current technical information. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in product, pricing or offers is subject to correction. Changes of specification or price will be agreed with the customer prior to shipping. Images are for illustration purposes only. Monitors and software are not included with computer systems unless specified. We reserve the right to limits sales, including the right to prohibit sales to re-sellers, business organisations or individuals. Proof of purchase and postage may be required for refunds. To comply with certain reseller agreements and government regulations, Europc reserves the right to refuse to export products from the United Kingdom at any time. If you are purchasing products for export, you are responsible for the necessary export documentation before shipment is made to a foreign country. Manufacturer's warranties for exported products may vary or be null and void. Europc may sell or share its customer information, or any material, information, and ideas you provide. If you prefer that your name not be sold or shared, please call us, and we will exclude it.

Disclaimer of Warranty, Title to Goods, Trademarks

This disclaimer in no way affects the term of any manufacturer's warranty. The title to purchased goods is retained by Europc until goods are paid for by the purchaser in full. Europc reserves the right to repossess any goods that have not been paid for in full and invoice the customer for any legal, delivery and restocking costs incurred. All trademarks published are the property of their respective companies

No Consequential Damages

In respect of business to business transactions, in no event shall Europc, its subsidiaries or affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives or agents (collectively, "Europc") be liable for damages as a result of equipment failure or delivery issues, including loss of data, use, or profits, however caused, whether for breach of contract, negligence, or otherwise, and whether or not Europc Limited has been advised of the possibility of any such damages.

Europc may revise these terms and conditions at any time. These terms and conditions are governed and construed by the laws (but not the rules governing conflicts of law) of the U.K. You agree that if any part of these terms and conditions are found to be unenforceable, the remainder of these terms and conditions will remain in full force and effect.

Extended Warranty Terms & Conditions

  1. What is covered;  EuroPC undertake to, wherever possible, repair any returned unit back to it’s original working order and return the repaired unit to the customer at no additional cost.  Where this is not possible then EuroPC may, at its discretion, replace the unit with one of a comparable specification in agreement with the customer.  As a final resort EuroPC may refund the customer the original purchase cost less an amount for the usage the customer has had (2% per month to a maximum of 60%).
  2. What isn’t covered;
    1. EuroPC will not cover any physical damage to units
    2. Damage caused by virus, software or mis-configuration, including application of passwords or security measures
    3. Any failure of 3rd party hardware
    4. Any loss of data, the responsibility for ensuring adequate backups are taken lies solely with the customer
    5. Any loss of business or 3rd party action as a result of downtime
  3. The customer is responsible for;
    1. Ensuring any data is backed up prior to goods being sent back
    2. Providing EuroPC with any passwords required to access the system
    3. Ensuring that the goods are sufficiently packaged for the return journey, this should be in the original supplied packaging or in industry standard double-walled cardboard with bubble-wrap or polystyrene to ensure the goods cannot move around inside the box
    4. Providing EuroPC engineers with details of the nature of the fault and any steps taken to rectify issues
    5. Ensuring that the unit being returned does not represent any health or safety risk to courier or EuroPC staff
    6. Additional courier costs in excess of the standard UK delivery cost, for example if the goods are being returned to Spain at a cost of £30/box then the customer will be responsible for meeting the costs above the standard £10.95 UK delivery, i.e. £19.05
    7. In the case of Return To Base (RTB) warranties the customer is responsible for meeting the carriage costs of the return to EuroPC, the customer will also be responsible for ensuring that the goods are adequately covered against loss or damage for the return.  Damage sustained in transit will invalidate the extended warranty and the customer will then be responsible for taking this up with their courier and arranging collection from EuroPC.
