However, I am pleased to say that in your case I have been very pleasantly surprised and impressed with the help and courtesy given me by Mr Neil Follett in the Customer Services team.
I purchased a Packard Bell laptop for my son a while ago, who has to use it for typing out school work as a birth disfigurement meant he has only two fingers on each hand and cannot hold a pen or pencil. Unfortunately the charging unit for this machine has recently stopped working and this has resulted in him falling further and further behind in his studies at a particularly important time in his school year. In some desperation having failed to locate a replacement unit quickly locally, I called Neil for help.
Within minutes, he had more than exceeded my expectations and put my mind at rest. He went away to find out what could be done promising to call back in a few minutes, and much to my surprise and delight he actually did just that, sorting everything out and telling me a unit would be sent out to me in the next couple of days!
Please would whoever Neil reports into, give him a much deserved "pat on the back" for me? Not only did he keep this particular customer very happy, he has also ensured that the next time I am in the market for any PC products, Europc will be the first people I will come to and the first name I will recommend to others.
