I am Nick Beagin, the IT Manager for Alleyn’s School, and I have been buying from Europc for almost three years now. Previously I bought from Dell directly but I was becoming a bit frustrated with the buying process and price and thought of moving to HP or IBM – however I really wanted to stick with Dell as our main supplier as we have hundreds of Dell laptops, PCs and servers already in place.
I found Europc on the web and I was a little hesitant at first as I figured that there must be a catch. The same PCs with the same warranties were being sold at prices that Dell Education couldn’t match. However after a talk with an account manager I bought ten units and I haven’t looked back since then. To me, it is a no brainer. To buy “as new” from Europc is cheaper than buying direct from Dell.
The service is excellent, the ordering process simple and delivery is top notch as 99% of units arrive the next day – no waiting for build time. I have a dedicated account manager and on the odd occasion when there has been an issue it has always been resolved quickly and professionally. I have recommended Europc to friends, colleagues and family and I would have no hesitation in extending that recommendation to organisations that are looking to benefit from well priced equipment sourced through an efficient professional company.

Bicester Community College is a DFES designated Technology College in Oxfordshire. We run over 300 curriculum PCs alongside trolleys that contain 64 laptops. We recently switched all our staff laptop purchasing to Dell Latitudes. Our administration network is all Dell Machines. Over the past 5 years virtually all off our purchases have been from Euro PC as very few companies have been able to match the price and service offered. The three year warranty has been very useful on occasions and has always ensured that machines are never out of use for very long. (we have only had to use this rarely). If there is a problem it is sorted very quickly.
The delivery time is exceptional with machines usually arriving the day after order and when what we have required is not available from stock they have managed to get them very quickly.

We first approached Europc nearly 5 years ago to supply a large number of desktops for the school teaching areas. We had to replace over 200 PC’s at the time and wanted a fast reliable service with a long warranty on the product.
