Danielle really helped me out today. Her great speed and efficiency was matched by her professionalism and courteous manner. She solved a problem I had as an item I wanted was out of stock and she has sealed a sale for Europc. The next time I need to buy hardware I will be coming directly to Europc and I will, if possible, go straight to Danielle because I know I will receive excellent service. I will also be telling all my contacts to ask for her and to use Europc.

I should add that I don’t know Danielle personally. I do however believe in rewarding great work ethic and attitude and I hope that in some part this would see her praised or at least this email will end up in her file and be produced possibly at the time of a review.
