The USB Portable CD-ROM Drive is built to travel easily and maximise desk space. It is small, lightweight, sturdy and attractive. Plus, it's low power requirements are satisfied by the USB port - no external power adapter is required - so you can read CD-ROM, CD-R and CD-RW media in a completely mobile environment. USB connectivity also offers easy installation to desktop and notebook computers, such as the ThinkPad 240, using Windows 98 or Windows 2000 operating systems. For ThinkPad audio passthrough, the drive includes an audio cable.
